Mixing unit PFT G4 smart

Flexible and mobile mixing and injection system for pressing geothermal probes

Mixing unit MAT IEC-40

Mixing and injection system for grouting of geothermal probes

Especially for the grouting of geothermal probes, a well-mixed, homogeneous suspension of water and grouting material is essential for quality and safety. The mixing and injection system MAT IEC-40 has been specially developed for the colloidal preparation and injection of homogeneous mixtures of liquid and powdery raw materials and is therefore ideally suited for use in the filling of geothermal probes.

The mixing process in the suspension mixer of the MAT IEC-40 passes through two different process zones – premixing zone and dispersing zone. The highest possible homogeneity of the mix is achieved by the continuous mass transfer between the two zones. Rotating mixing tools generate large shear and cavitation forces in the dispersion zone at the same time. Due to the high circumferential speed, these forces cause an optimal colloidal disintegration of the suspension.

Mixing unit PFT G4 smart

Flexible and mobile mixing and injection system for grouting of geothermal probes

For the grouting of geothermal probes, a void-free backfilling of the borehole must be guaranteed. The continuously operating mixing and injection system PFT G4 smart, which has been optimised with regard to economic efficiency, has successfully proven itself in many different fields of application and has all the prerequisites for backfilling of geothermal boreholes professionally, at a high quality standard and unbroken.

The mixing pump PFT G4 smart is suitable for all machine-compatible mortars and thus especially for the products of Fischer GeoSolid® series. The compact, easily transportable mixing and injection system with high delivery rate or long delivery range has a drying zone that separate from the mixing and pumping zone to receive the grouting material. In addition, the PFT G4 smart can be started up and refilled at any time, whereby the mixing unit can be filled both with bagged goods – ideal for small and medium-sized construction sites or geothermal projects – as well as using a silo.
